Pondering after a busy and vexing week at school.

  1. Dude, leave it to Dr. Seuss to have one smokin' hot message.

Let all your school frustration out, girl. Just lay it all on the line. I'm here for you. I'm a good listener. Kay?

  4. Hi Teri, Sorry that you are having a tough week at school. Dr. Seuss really does have all the answers!! Not sure what is going on but here are Robert's latest words of wisdom. {1} You can't fix STUPID. {2} Not my pig. Not my farm. Maybe they apply???? Hope things get better for you. :) Did you order a kit from Paper Poppy this month? Mine came on Tuesday. I scrapped for 12 hours yesterday.... crazy woman!!! I have some things to do today before I can hide away again. Thinking of you and sending happy vibes your way!! :)

  6. Hi Terry! Happy to hear that things are working out better now. I can well imagine that you would keep your students howling with laughter and that your classroom would be a happy place to be. :) So glad that you got your kit today. We usually seem to be two mailing days apart for arrival. I am down to scraps now. :( I have done 4 LO's so far and think I can get one more LO out of it. I found a great sketch on Francis's blog that might work. If not there are always cards. I seem to have the need to totally use up every inch of the kit. I wish I could keep that mind set with my own stash. If I really went through scraps and started mixing things I think I would find some treasure. I may be digging into this stash more if we go into double mortgage mode. Ekk!!! It will effect the scrappy budget. ;) But.... I'm not giving up my PP kit!!! That is too much of a sacrifice! LOL Only two viewers this week. :( I sure hope it picks up. Hope you get some scrappy time in this weekend and the weather is going to be great this weekend!! Yay!! :)

  7. Hi Teri, I am looking forward to your next post. I too miss not posting something to blog about. It is fun to post even if it isn't scrappy. It is a nice way of staying in touch and sharing the everyday things. :) Hopefully this week will be much better for you. If the kids are hyper it is probably "spring fever". I think they get all hormonal at that age. ;) I was chuckling about you saying that you had to be a drill sergeant. DIane had a teacher called Miss Holt, but in our home she was referred to as Captain Holt. Hee Hee She was an amazing teacher and put up with no silliness. That is very exciting that you are going to a crop next weekend. You will be able to put serious dents in your two kits. Regarding my kit, I pulled possible photo possibilities and then just used the papers as I went. I find that it is almost stressful at the beginning of the kit because I don't want to use a paper all willy nilly that I might wish I had later on down the kit! LOL I relax more as I get to the end and there is less to choose from. So crazy!! Glad you are able to get the photos back that were fuzzy. We are a Mac family here too!! :) Have a wonderful week and hopefully a very happy and peaceful one too. :)

If you type something below it will make the sun shine and the flowers bloom and all the world's children sing hand-in-hand. If you don't, someone, somewhere, will kick a puppy. You don't want to have that on your conscience, now do you?
