Have you been to Mustard Seed Creations? This place is seriously inspiring!
Not only is she a gifted crafter, but she also hosts link parties a couple of times a week where a whole host of crafty peeps come to share their wares. I just found her a few weeks ago, and I have already spent hours perusing her site and links.
What I'm trying to tell you is that it's a serious droolfest.
And now, in honour of reaching 1000 followers, Miss Mustard Seed herself is hosting a giveaway of a hand-painted, custom-designed grain sack. Check out this one that she freehanded (Remember that Alexander Keith's commercial? "BY hand with NO tracing!") and then framed:
Can you imagine this with your family's name and date you were married? Be still my beating heart! If I win, I may need to get married just for the decorating possibilities.
All you have to do is comment to be entered to win...and then you can become a follower for a second chance, and post or tweet about the giveaway for a third entry.
Can you tell that I want to win this one, like, bad?
So go enter!
Or don't.
Because if you win, we might have to duke it out American-gladiator style. Uhh...without the spandex.
You know. Your choice.
Thanks so much! What generous post. I wish I could give one away to everyone. Seriously. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Teri! I just left a comment and signed up to follow. That is a very beautiful and generous giveaway! If I win, you don't have to duke it out with me. I'll give it to you! Don't get too excited though because I usually don't win things. I've yet to win in Aphra's daily giveaway!! Good luck to us in winning this!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love Mustard Seed Creations! I have been lurking around a lot of crafters blogs because I am so inspired by them! I fully intend on getting back into actual 'crafting' and not just scrapping as soon as we move! Thanks for the link!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Teri, Thanks for the congrats! I honestly entered for fun because I really didn't think I had a chance against your "Fun with Brendan and Tracy" LO. I still chuckle when I see it! :) When I emailed Aphra this morning I told her this! LOL I was planning on ordering the kit too. I can't wait to see the inspiration for using it. Was shipping expensive to AB and was there exchange? Hey, maybe I am on a winning streak and I can win you the Mustard Seed prize, or my luck has just been used up??? :( I did see the end of the hockey game. Yay Canada!! I am always a proud Canadian but have been feeling it even more with the Olympics on. Hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI already entered... isn't it funny that we blog to promote another's giveaway, increasing our chances to win, by 1 but increasing our chances to lose by many?! does that make sense?
ReplyDeleteMy giveaway is in 3 days... I'm so excited.
thanks for commenting on my dresser/bench.
have a great week!
