So here's the first project I jumped into.
If truth be told, I was thinking, nay, dreaming about this project for weeks before we finally moved in. I had a plan that this was going to be the cleanest, neatest, most organized home I've ever lived in.
Enter these pantry labels
I started with a vintage label from The Graphics Fairy.
Then I laminated 'em and hot-glued zip-ties to the back:
And when I affixed 'em, my pantry looked like so:
And then I found out the hard way that hot-glue does not like laminated plastic.
I see eyelets in my future.

Wow!! That is some organized pantry! Those labels are beautiful. I would be put to shame to show you my pantry. I can't even manage to get the plastics in the plastic recycle bin and the papers in the paper recycle bin. A definite bone of contention with the Big Guy. ;) Maybe I should make me some labels! Can't wait to see more of your new place!
ReplyDeleteWow, that is the most organized pantry I've ever seen - and I'm a pretty organized person! The first thing that popped into my mind when I saw your pantry was Jen's pantry! LOL Polar opposites for sure and I'm glad Jen mentioned her pantry above because that means I'm not getting in trouble here by saying that. ;-) At least I hope not! LOL
ReplyDeleteOoh those are really cute! Love them! The zip ties is a touch o' genius.
ReplyDeleteVery cool. Makes me wish I had a pantry just so I could make some labels!
